Cancellation/Refund Policy
Every sale for design and development is final. Most of the time, design mockups are produced and approved following a deposit request. A comprehensive contract must be signed and returned with the deposit to ensure all parties know all conditions before proceeding. Before signing, a contract may be discussed; however, once signed, it must be abided by.
The cost of other customised services is assessed separately based on each client’s requirements.
Only if we caused a printing error and you agree to our refund policy are printing charges refundable.

Internet hosting
The James Shirley team supports websites hosted on Linux servers; however, if a website is hosted on another server other than one provided by it, it may not provide support for that server. Unless otherwise stated, James Shirley retains ownership of your WebWebsite’sles when you enter a hosting arrangement to ensure its security and functionality. The request for the server will remain with James Shirley, who reserves the right to select a server hosting partner. Unless otherwise specified, your website is shared with other websites and programs. James Shirley reserves the right to stop your WebWebsitetil any problems have been automatically fixed if we have reason to believe that your Website has been compromised in any manner.
Severance
The remaining provisions of this agreement shall continue in effect if any provision is unlawful or unenforceable.
Legal system and jurisdiction
Any website user now consents to be bound solely by the jurisdiction of UK courts without regard to any principles of conflict of laws, and the laws of England shall govern this agreement.
